In consideration with the recent developments regarding the COVID 19 pandemic, Deloitte in the Dutch Caribbean has taken the necessary steps to maintain the health and safety of its clients and personnel. We continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation, and provide updated information and guidance as needed. This includes monitoring new information and assessing potential impacts to our people, clients and systems.
Following the policy stipulated by the local Government and Deloitte global, Deloitte in the Dutch Caribbean has decided to have our employees work remotely. We will temporarily, not hold any client meetings at the office, but will work with our clients to determine the most effective way to continue client work remotely. Our policy during these unprecedented times is to hold remote meetings through phone or video conferencing. While COVID-19 has resulted in changes to our day-to-day operations, by implementing flexible work arrangements, we aim continue to serve clients with the same quality and minimal disruption.
