Will Gosling

Partner

Will is the UK Consulting Growth Leader, leading on strategic client and industry development. He is also a Technology, Media and Telecoms Partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice with over 25 years’ experience in advising TMT executive teams in the areas of business integration and transformation, leadership development, HR transformation, cultural change, organisation design and talent management. Will has led a range of integration and transformation programmes in the context of M&A and helped deliver financial and customer satisfaction improvements as a direct result. Will’s work has contributed to his industry recognition, twice winning the MCA HR Consulting award and the CBI Human Capital award, the latter for a global media business HR integration project. Will also leads Deloitte’s research into Digital Leadership and is a lead facilitator of Deloitte’s Executive Transition and Development programme. Will sits on the UK Consulting Executive team where he is responsible for the business Growth strategy.

Anton Pipko

Manager

Anton is a highly accomplished business executive with a wealth of experience. Since 2021 he is leading Business Growth in Deloitte Digital office in London, where he is delivering a “triple growth in three years” strategy. Before this role, Anton spent 5 years consulting CEO & CFO offices of the largest TMT/Life science companies and 4 years auditing Tier-1 banks across UK and US. Anton holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations and is an ACCA. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership and people management skills. With a reputation for being results-driven and delivering exceptional business outcomes, Anton is widely regarded as an expert in business strategy and growth.
