Celia is a Partner in Deloitte's Sustainability & Climate Change Practice.
Celia is an environmental practitioner and sustainability strategist, with over nine years of experience spanning global natural resource sectors – encompassing oil and gas, offshore wind, mining and natural resource management. With expertise in environmental management and systems, she is also a subject matter expert in the Circular Economy – built on a strong foundation of experience leading work programs on water, waste and biodiverse carbon.
Celia’s work within Deloitte helps clients to integrate sustainability into the core business, often using systems thinking to map the interlinkages between often siloed and externalised facets of sustainability and integrating those for improved business performance and broader value creation. She has worked with clients across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific - with an explicit focus on sustainability strategy and business planning, nature programs, water risk, climate resilience and waste to value.
Before joining Deloitte, Celia had both operational and corporate roles in mining and in natural resource management, and she loves working with clients to operationalise their sustainability aspirations.
