She is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of, Procurement, Outsourcing and Offshoring Advisory, Shared Services, Organisation Design, Performance Management, Contract Negotiation and Management and Outsourcing Delivery experience. Colleen is acknowledged globally as a sourcing and procurement subject matter expert and thought leader through her work with clients in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and Europe.
Colleen has served clients across all industries and is a subject matter expert as it relates to supporting public sector clients with large complex procurement. Colleen has deep experience supporting Commonwealth entities with their procurements and has an extensive understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and other legislation that impacts the way Commonwealth entities are required to procure goods and services.
