He is the Consulting National Mining Sector leader and has over 25 years of deep mining industry consulting and operations experience. David has gained an excellent understanding of the entire mining value chain from exploration to corporate affairs.
David’s experience includes establishing and leading large programs of work for major global mining companies to deliver strategic objectives through a holistic view of the enterprise, from strategy to project delivery.
David has spent more than ten years working in the corporate environments of the world’s leading resources organisations and has developed good corporate etiquette in dealing with senior executives.
David specialises in identifying business improvement opportunities and leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver outcomes that support strategic objectives. This includes defining and executing strategy, implementing performance management frameworks, risk management, reorganisation and transformation.
