Declan is a Chartered Accountant in both New Zealand and Ireland. He has extensive experience as a tax specialist having worked in Ireland, New Zealand and the Middle East. He previously worked as a Tax Partner for a Big 4 firm in both NZ and the Middle East. His main area of specialisation is Corporate Tax but he also has extensive experience in personal/employment taxes and GST. In addition he has worked across a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Government, Mining & Resources, Entertainment & Communication and Consumer Products.
