Jonathan is a Partner in the Sydney practice of Deloitte Australia with over eighteen years’ corporate finance experience (20+ years in professional services). Jonathan has deep experience in the Australian and Asia Pacific M&A market and has a track record of working with financial investors in infrastructure.
Jonathan’s experience extends to both buy and sell side advice and he has a focus on assisting infrastructure investors in deriving value through accounting advice on efficient cash extraction through complex transactions and tax structures.
With a current focus on energy transition and digital infrastructure, Jonathan’s asset experience includes both core infrastructure (incl. energy generation, renewables, ports, airports, toll roads, pipelines, poles and wires) and core plus assets (logistics, data registries, data centres).
