Megan is a Partner within Human Capital Consulting and part of Deloitte’s NSW Government and Health industry leadership teams. Megan has worked within and partnered with public sector agencies for over 15 years and is passionate about enabling frontline public sector organisations by improving the way people experience and deliver work. Her key specialties include: workforce strategy to drive high performance and enable new work models, leading change and transformation, organisational design, leadership alignment and capability development.
