Winnie is a Partner in the Deloitte Managed Solutions practice, specialising in the design, build and delivery of large-scale operations. She brings 16 years of financial services experience and leads a team to innovate award-winning technology accelerators to bring speed and scalability to programs. Since being at Deloitte, Winnie has led and delivered on a number of the largest customer remediation programs in Australia in advice quality, fee for no service, and misconduct in customer campaigns.
Winnie led the development of Deloitte Cube, an intelligent document processing tool that uses a combination of machine learning and optical character recognition (OCR) and intelligent character recognition (ICR) to extract meaningful insights from documents, and accelerate decision making. Deloitte Cube was awarded the winner of the Best Innovation in Professional Services, and the winner of the Overall Best Innovation at the 2019 AFR BOSS Most Innovative Awards.
