Our Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS) practice has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing high-quality, cost-efficient remediation programs and complaint handling operations of all sizes.

Firstly, Christine, what do you love about working in Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS)?

DMS has a vibrant and energetic team culture and I love the team for that. The variety of engagement work and other initiatives in this business unit also means that there are plenty of opportunities to discover your strengths and passions.

Mikael, you're in the Conduct space, what key skills do you utilise in your role?

My ability to quickly adapt to change is probably the most important skill. Working in Conduct means the landscape and therefore the scope of our deliverables are continually evolving – as such, we need to have the people and processes that can quickly pivot to meet these new demands.

In terms of skills that I have developed that I never thought I would use, it has to be my brushed-up expertise in the good old PowerPoint!

And, what does a typical day look like for you? 

Most of my roles within DMS involve leading the end-to-end delivery of conduct remediation programs. A typical day can involve activities such as keeping senior client stakeholders updated on program status, collaborating with other service lines to bring the best of Deloitte to our clients, and removing barriers (of all shapes and sizes) that enable the team to deliver for our clients.
