We believe in strength from diversity
Deloitte are proud of our commitment to an inclusive work environment where all of our people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Including our continued support for the LGBTI community - internally and in the community.

On Wednesday 15 November, the Australian Bureau of Statistics announced that the majority of Australians have voted ‘yes’ in the postal survey to allow for a change in legislation for same-sex couples to marry. The final result was 61.6% in favour of the change, with a significant 79.5% of all postal votes returned.
Deloitte are proud of our commitment to an inclusive work environment where all of our people have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
At Deloitte, we strive to attract, develop and retain the best and brightest talent – and in order to do so – our firm must provide an inclusive work environment that embraces the development and well-being of all of our people.
To mark this occassion, today we made a change to the Deloitte Green Dot, to remain over the weekend in support of our LGBTI colleagues and allies – this is only the second time this has been done, with the previous change made in 2015 when Marriage Equality passed the Supreme Court in the USA. We believe this is one of the most powerful ways of showing that Deloitte stands with all our people. The change in colour will remain through today to boldly illustrate one of our core values of respect and inclusion.
Being inclusive of all our people, regardless of their sexuality, gender identity or any other form of diversity makes us more unified as a Firm so that we can continue to make an impact that matters for our clients, our people, our communities, and society as a whole.
