The Entrepreneurs’ Programme is the Australian Governments' flagship program for productivity and competitiveness in the small and medium private business sector. Deloitte is proud to be a Delivery Partner working with the government to help transform Australian businesses.
Through the Entrepreneurs' Programme, eligible small and medium businesses can access expert advice that will help 'shift the dial' on business performance and receive a matched grant.
When you join the Entrepreneurs' Programme, you will receive practical advice and guidance from a dedicated team of Facilitators who will work with you to help you achieve your business vision. Program Facilitators will support you to become more competitive and productive, attract investors and commercialise your products, as well as work with the research sector to develop innovative solutions.

How the Entrepreneurs' Programme can help transform your business
Growth Roadmap helps you improve your business practices, become more competitive and take advantage of growth opportunities. A dedicated Growth Facilitator will provide access to extensive networks, information, resources, strategies, and specialists unique to your business’s needs. They will work with you to develop a unique Growth Roadmap that is designed to help you achieve your business goals and objectives. You can also access a matched Growth Grant of up to $20,000 to action recommendations from your Roadmap.
High Growth Accelerator
High Growth Accelerator helps businesses who have a transformative growth opportunity. It will help you innovate, transform and grow your business. You will work with a Growth Facilitator to develop skills, knowledge, strategies and connections that will enable you to capitalise on your growth opportunity. They will work with you to develop a Growth Plan and help you build the capacity required to accelerate growth. You can also access a matched Growth Grant of up to $20,000 to action recommendations from your Plan.
SMART Projects and Supply Chains
SMART Projects and Supply Chains provides access to strategic or high-value projects that are designed to increase the capability of Australian businesses. Through a tailored mix of facilitated services, peer group learning events and business performance assessments, participating businesses will have the opportunity to gain deeper insight into ways they can better make the most of emerging markets, supply chains, business performance and leadership development opportunities. Depending on the nature and design of the project, eligible businesses may also gain access to a matched Growth Grant of up to $20,000 to assist with the implementation of recommendations from their participation in the project.
Strengthening Business supports businesses in fire-affected communities to rebuild, transform and adapt following the bushfire crisis and resulting changes in their local marketplace. A dedicated Facilitator will work with businesses to provide mentorship and develop a roadmap which identifies the immediate, medium and long-term opportunities to support business continuity and resilience. Facilitators will also provide advice on relevant funding assistance to help businesses recover.
Accelerating Commercialisation provides you with the guidance and financial assistance to develop the commercialisation potential of your novel product, process or service. Facilitators help businesses to improve their growth capabilities and networks, engage with researchers, foster innovation and encourage commercialisation, with $500,000 to $1 million in matched project funding available to eligible businesses.
Innovation Connections helps businesses understand their research needs, find the right expertise in the research sector and fund collaborative research projects. Facilitators work with businesses to identify business opportunities in both critical and strategic research, such as new markets, materials and testing. In addition to leveraging the recommendations from scientists, engineers or technologies from across Australia, businesses can access grants of up to $50,000 to support collaborative research projects.

Is your annual turnover or operating expenditure within the following range?
- Between $1.5 million and $100 million; or
- Between $750,000 and $100 million – for an applicant from Remote Australia or Northern Australia.
