At Deloitte, we are committed to providing women with the support, development, and opportunities they need to accelerate and thrive in their careers.

ALL In is Deloitte Australia’s gender equality strategy – one that is driven by the goal to advance women throughout the entire span of their careers.

Created in 2000, ALL In sets out to empower women and achieve equal gender representation at all levels across the firm, through a combination of deliberate and measurable actions, including:

  •  Identifying and removing barriers to equality for everyone, regardless of gender or identity
  •  Implementing policies, programs and practices that support development and enhance flexibility
  • Holding our leaders accountable and driving a continued focus on building a safe, respectful, and inclusive culture.

Deloitte Australia is proud to have been recognised as ‘Employer of Choice’ by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) every year since 2003, highlighting our sustained commitment to gender equality. In 2020, Deloitte was recognised by Catalyst as one of three organisations globally committed to accelerating gender equality.

 We are steadfast in our continued commitment to driving diversity within our organisational culture, and equity and inclusion for all, both at Deloitte and across our society.

Driven by the leadership of the firm 

Our gender equality strategy is led by National Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead Partner, Pip Dexter, who is also a member of the Consulting Executive Team, leading our national Human Capital practice.

Deloitte Australia’s commitment to gender equality is also a strategic priority of Deloitte Australia CEO, Adam Powick.

Inspiring Women Program

The Inspiring Women program aims to celebrate, elevate, and empower the firm’s emerging female leaders.

Through the program, participants are given opportunities to connect with firm leaders, learn from external experts, and have access to some of the world’s most sophisticated assessment tools and learning resources.

As part of the experience, participants are also given a platform to connect with other inspiring women across the firm to share their stories, align on the firm’s strategic issues, and collaborate to drive broader positive impact at Deloitte and in society.
