This year, 33% of our partner promotions are women, increasing the overall female partner percentage at Deloitte to 25% - up from 23% in fiscal year 2015 - further boosting our gender diversity numbers since Cindy Hook became the firm’s Australian CEO. Women now make up 42% of the Deloitte Board and 29% of the firm’s executive committee.
