Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) - 2022 Gold Employer and Platinum Qualifier Status for LGBTI+ inclusion
Deloitte has been awarded Gold Employer Status at the 2022 LGBTQ Inclusion Awards for a fourth year. Hosted by Pride in Diversity and measured against the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), the award is given to the top 10% of organisations submitted and is the result of the consistent effort and actions across the organisation to foster a culture of inclusion and respect. The fourth win takes Deloitte to Platinum Qualifier status and activates the planning of our AWEI Platinum Project.
LinkedIn Top Companies 2021 & 2022
Deloitte has been recognised on LinkedIn’s Top companies list two years in a row, as one of the best Australian workplaces to grow your career. The list is based on analysis of LinkedIn’s user database and identifies the 25 companies that received top marks across seven pillars: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunities, company affinity, gender diversity and educational background.
Family Inclusive Workplace Certification
Deloitte is one of Australia’s first companies to be certified as a Family Friendly Workplace under new national standards launched by Parents At Work and UNICEF Australia. Deloitte is also a founding Partner of Family Friendly Workplaces, which gives organisations the framework and support they need to become more inclusive and supportive of employees’ competing work and family needs.
2020 Australian HR Awards – Best Workplace Flexibility Program
Deloitte was awarded ‘Best Workplace Flexibility Program’ for our flexible and home working initiatives, including DeloitteFlex and enhanced parental leave policy. Deloitte’s flexible work policy and framework is designed to offer equal access for all, regardless of role, gender, or personal circumstance. Deloitte was also awarded the Excellence Award for our Diversity and Inclusion Program.
2020 Catalyst Award – winner for ‘Inspiring Women’
The Catalyst Award recognises companies from around the world that have committed to accelerating gender equality. Deloitte Australia received the award for our ‘Inspiring Women’ program, which aims to create a more inclusive and gender-balanced workplace for our women to lead and inspire.
HBF Direct Advice for Dads – 20 Best Australian workplaces for new dads 2019 and 2020
Deloitte placed first on HBF’s list of Best Australian Workplaces for New Dads for our progressive parental leave policy, which offers 18 weeks of paid leave and greater flexibility to take, extend and spread parental leave with ongoing superannuation payments during unpaid parental leave.
