What happens if I am formally engaged by Deloitte Australia?
Once a member of our Talent Acquisition team has confirmed an opportunity for engagement, they will forward you a copy of our engagement terms and conditions (T&C’s) for your review and request a signed copy. When you have returned the signed T&C’s via email, we will send another email outlining the next steps including how to submit candidates via our online system.
Can I negotiate the rates/ T&C’s?
No, we feel our rates/T&C’s are competitive and want to ensure consistency for all our engaged suppliers. We do not sign Recruiters terms & conditions under any circumstances. Once you have been engaged, our Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure you have a detailed assignment brief including specifics relating to our employment brand, company culture, values and strategy insights.Our aim is to give each agency we work with the resources required for a successful engagement.
