About the program

If you're completing your studies in mid-to-end of 2025 (or, already completed your studies within the last 2 years), and ready to launch your career with us in 2026, this program is for you!

As part of your journey with us, you will get a chance to immerse yourself in our award-winning Graduate Learning Academy; which will provide you with the tools and training you'll need to drive your career experience, along with ongoing mentoring, peer support and e-learning to continue your personal and professional development.

What to expect

What will I get to do?

As one of our Grads, expect significant client exposure, hands-on projects and multiple networking opportunities. You'll get relevant professional training and feedback from your coach and guide throughout your program, with the chance to learn from and work with industry professionals across the firm.

When does the program start?

Depending on the business area you apply for, our Graduate Program may commence in March 2026.

Program eligibility

You're eligible for the Graduate Program if you are currently in your final year of study or have completed your university studies up to 24 months prior.

As an International Student, if you are in this category, you must also meet the following criteria to be eligible:

You must currently reside lawfully in Australia
You are currently studying for a relevant degree
You will have completed an approved English Language test and prove that you have reached 'Proficient English' as set by the Department of Home Affairs. If you hold a passport from the UK, USA, Canada or the Republic of Ireland, you are not required to provide evidence of English Language Proficiency (which is in line with immigration requirements).

Please note that for Canberra, we require Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered.
