Return To Work Program
Helping you restart your career after an extended break.
What is Return To Work?
Our Return To Work Program is a dedicated 24-week program, designed to provide program participants with a supportive return to work experience after a career break. Whether you have put your career on hold to care for your family, your health or other personal reasons – this is your opportunity to re-enter the workplace with Deloitte.
As part of Return To Work, you'll start with a tailored induction, to familiarise yourself with Deloitte, your role within the team and returning to work. Following this, you'll get to shadow your colleagues on client engagements within your business area. As you progress through the program, you'll be transitioned to work on projects.
How long does it run for?
