Arjun is a Partner in Deloitte’s Human Resource Transformation practice, and a key partner in the Workday practice in Australia. Arjun has been leading teams through some of the largest and most complex Human Capital Management projects in Australia. He has a focus on leading large teams to deliver IT Strategies, project management, PMO, business case development, human resource transformation, and system implementation projects.

Head of the People Digital Experience at Telstra, leading Strategy, Product Management and UX Research and Design. As the principal lead for Workday, Zendesk and HR Conversational AI implementations, Melissa enjoys taking a CX approach to solve Workplace Technology problems. With a diverse work background across Contact Centres, Retail, Digital and HR, Melissa has spent the last 10 years striving to deliver a consumer grade digital experience for employees. An advocate for Women in Tech, Melissa is an active coach and mentor that enjoys sharing honest case studies and business experiences with global audiences.

Luke has worked in SaaS technology for the past 11 years between the UK and ANZ. As Regional Director for Peakon, a Workday Company, he leads a team of dedicated people who help HR leaders convert employee feedback into meaningful insights. He was a founding member of the Commercial team at Peakon in the UK almost 6 years ago before moving to Auckland to start and grow the APJ business from scratch to hundreds of customers today. With the Workday acquisition in March 2021, he focused on accelerating the integration and success of the business in APJ, culminating in a record year for the team. Originally from the US, he has experience in HR Consulting, data analytics, and HR Technology and has worked with some of the largest companies in the world to help them transform their people data landscapes.

As a CHRO in large operational organisations for the past 10 years, Kirsten has transformed HR operations to ensure the HR function drives the necessary business outcomes to support the organisation's strategy. As a new partner in the HR Advisory team within HR Transformation, Kirsten is looking forward to bringing this wealth of knowledge to working with clients to enable their business strategies through the organisations people & culture and transforming HR operations to ensure they are able to deliver the impact their organisation needs.
