All transformation, whether it’s implementing systems, redesigning processes, driving cultural change or restructuring organisations, is ultimately about changing human behaviour.
Changing behaviour is really hard. Traditional Change approaches rely on training and communications which, while necessary and important, on their own aren’t sufficient to sustainably change behaviour.
To change behaviour we need to understand behaviour. We need to start thinking about behaviour and talking about behaviour.
We need to put behaviour first.
Behaviour First Change takes insights from the social and behavioural sciences, including Anthropology, Behavioural Economics, Neuroscience and Psychology and practically applies them to help organisations realise the benefits of transformation.
