Moving towards an agility mindset is not an overnight journey, however many benefits can be gained incrementally on this journey. We recommend an iterative and incremental approach to change. A transformation requires a co-created target vision, which is validated via test and learn, and refined based on feedback. This feedback should be based upon data and measured against goals, outcomes and metrics defined upfront.
