Through the use of technology and process improvement, Deloitte Legal Australia’s Legal Management Consulting (LMC) services support General Counsel seeking to increase the value of the services they deliver and the efficiency and effectiveness of legal and contracting functions.

Today’s corporate General Counsel faces multiple challenges: a heightened regulatory environment, mass globalisation of business and acceleration of technology advancements. Two key areas of LMC is legal department transformation and contract and commercial management transformation.
