Deloitte anchor tenant for Quay Quarter Tower

13 February 2019: Deloitte Australia has signed a Heads of Agreement lease to become an anchor tenant in AMP Capital’s Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) development at Sydney’s Circular Quay.

Deloitte Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Griffiths, said: “Investing in a workplace is a critical decision for any business and Quay Quarter Tower ticks all the boxes for Deloitte. Deloitte has taken a 10-year lease at QQT covering 32,000 square metres of commercial floorspace over 17 floors of the 50 story building.
