New deal sees Deloitte continue to push the frontiers of emerging technologies
Founded in 2012, WPC is a Brisbane and Melbourne based team of interactive engineers and developers that specialise in making use of emerging technologies to create immersive experiences, games for purpose, and digital reality solutions.
The team will form a new Digital Emerging Technology team within Deloitte Digital, in Deloitte’s Consulting practice, and will be led by Deloitte Digital Lead Partner, Steve Hallam.
The transaction will see Jack Gillespie (WPC CEO) join Deloitte as a Director. Paul Stapelberg (COO), Nic Gomez (Co-Founder and Creative Director) and Leigh Mannes (Technical Director) come on board as Managers. WPC’s 11-strong team will join Deloitte’s Brisbane and Melbourne offices.
The WPC team will work alongside Deloitte’s new Creative Brand & Media team to bring clients cutting edge creative experiences and expands Deloitte Digital’s market leading offering to over 470 people in Australia.
