Deloitte’s Commitment to End Domestic and Family Violence

Deloitte’s Commitment to End Domestic and Family Violence

We know family violence effects our people and communities with whom we work, which is why we are committed to preventing family violence and supporting those requiring services in our workplace and direct environments.

An estimated 800,000 women and men in Australian workplaces have experienced domestic and family violence.

Given the scale of the problem, Deloitte is determined to actively drive change and play a part in reducing the prevalence and impact of domestic and family violence.

Deloitte recognizes the benefits to be gained from a diverse workforce. We know that the differing skills, perspectives and experiences of individuals from different backgrounds can lead to more innovative and efficient business practices.
