Deloitte Halo has been saved
A single view of all compliance and misconduct issues in your organisation.
Deloitte Halo was originally developed to assist organisations manage whistleblowers and their disclosures, pursuant to Australia’s new whistleblower legislation, but since then it has expanded and now includes all of the following:
- A whistleblower disclosure management portal
- An eligible Recipients portal
- Registers for gifts, conflicts, compliance breaches etc.
- A Complaints Management capability
- And a significant advisory team to assist you in implementation of policies and procedures if required.
In Australia’s Banking Royal Commission report it was noted that …”neither the senior management nor the board of the entity could be given any single coherent picture of the nature or extent of failures of compliance; they could be given only a disjointed series of bits of information framed by reference to particular events.”
The attraction of Halo is that it allow organisations to centralise all issues regarding activities such as misconduct, policy and procedure breaches, gift registers and complaints management into one tool. It also allows a report to be produced showing all issues and the time they have been outstanding at each stage of your process.
The tool also allows all items to be actioned by way of workflow, from collection through to resolution, with complete reporting transparency at each step of the process.
