On 26 February 2019, the Board of Taxation issued a Consultation Paper seeking feedback on its proposed revisions to the Tax Transparency Code as part of its post-implementation review. The Board's proposed changes to the Code are aimed at making the Code easier to adopt and increasing its usefulness for users, in line with tax transparency trends globally.
