Gil is the advisory practice lead for Deloitte PNG. He is outcome focussed, hands-on and collaborative.

Over the last 12 years, Gil has spent time across Australia and the South Pacific, having honed particular expertise in the preservation, growth and extraction of value in special situations. He is regularly called upon to advise clients in challenging circumstances.

His focus is public and private corporations, state owned enterprises and Government agencies, as well as advising major financial institutions in relation to underperforming loans. During the 2008-2009 global crisis, Gil was seconded CBA group credit structuring.

Knowing that we live and work in broader communities, Gil has devoted many years to volunteering in a range of organisations and causes.

Andrew has extensive experience as a tax advisor working in Australia, the United Kingdom, Uganda, Tanzania and Papua New Guinea. He has advised clients across all taxes, including international tax, employment, corporate and withholding taxes, as well as indirect taxes such as GST, customs and stamp duties. In particular, Andrew has extensive experience on the taxation of inbound investments, corporate restructures, and in the government business and energy and resources sectors.

Dianne is a Partner in Deloitte Papua New Guinea (PNG), leading the public sector and international development practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing technical advice, management, and leadership in financial management services in PNG and Solomon Islands.   Dianne's role is to help public sector and private organizations in PNG improve their financial management practices. She does this by providing a wide range of services, including: Business Advisory Support; Finance Function Management; Public Finance Management (including grants management); Procurement Management; Risk Management; Internal Control Reviews; Internal audit; Development of finance and procurement manuals and capacity building.  

Dianne is a highly experienced and skilled financial management professional with a deep understanding of the PNG context. She is passionate about helping organizations improve their financial performance and contributing to the development of her country.
