Bonnie is Deloitte’s Victorian and National Lead Director for Mental Health and is a Fellow on the World Economic Forum focused on disruptive technologies in mental health. She holds a Master of Politics and Policy, as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies.

Bonnie is a Director in the Health Economics and Social Policy team within Deloitte Access Economics, specialising in mental health and social policy. This includes providing strategic advice to government and non-government clients across the policy lifecycle covering strategy, research and policy; impact analysis; implementation; and policy and program evaluation.

Bonnie is most passionate about mental health. She worked extensively with Mental Health Victoria (MHV), the Victorian Healthcare Association and Mental Health Reform Victoria (MHRV) during 2020 to deliver the four-part Mental Health Forum series focused on the MH reform agenda, largely driven by the Royal Commission into the Victorian Mental Health System, as well as providing strategic advice into MHV’s reform implementation paper.

Bonnie’s experience includes, supporting MHRV to prepare for and deliver the online Symposium as part of planning for the Collaborative Centre; Small Business Victoria (DJPR) to develop a mental health and wellbeing support program for Victorian small businesses; VHBA and Forensicare to deliver the Forensic bed-based services business case; and with South Eastern Melbourne PHN to undertake the SEMPHN Mental Health Services commissioning model evaluation.

Throughout Bonnie’s career she has developed strong positive work relationships within the mental health sector and has established a solid reputation with key stakeholders.
