Jim is a Placement Student within Deloitte Human Capital Consulting. As a registered provisional psychologist undertaking the Masters of Organisational Psychology, Jim sees the placement as an opportunity to apply scientific theory to Deloitte’s practice.
Jim brings expertise in assessment and leadership development to the workforce transformation team. He is eager to develop further in diversity and inclusion, culture and change as he embarks on his career as an organisational psychologist.
