Ciaran O’Connell

Ciaran is a Principal in our Technology, Strategy & Transformation practice. Ciaran has a strong track record, with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses to improve their organisational performance.
Ciaran co-leads our Cognitive Customer Experience practice, leading our contact centre strategy and cloud contact centre delivery teams across multiple sectors including financial services, public sector, health and consumer business. His team has worked alongside client teams to deliver new customer contact capabilities that achieve new business value, and optimise customer experience and technology using voice AI, NLP, and advanced voice and real-time analytics.
Ciaran has also worked across a variety of industry sectors in both strategic advisor and delivery roles: delivering leading IT strategies, operating models, workplace/smart building experience design, solution architecture and integrated and complex transformation programs. He holds both a Master of Management Science and a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree.
