Deborah is a director in Deloitte’s Consulting practice. With experience across Europe, the USA and Australia, she has deep technical expertise in business model transformations – working at the intersection of strategy and operations to help clients successfully deliver complex, enterprise change. Her work has included: digital strategy implementations, new business / service launches, transformation program design / delivery / assurance, target operating models and workforce optimisation (including field). She works primarily with Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer & Industrial Product (C&IP) clients and has wider experience across both the private and public sectors.
