Kimberly is a senior partner in the Deloitte Digital practice. She is responsible for the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry group in Australia and is the global Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment Sector Consulting Leader.
Kimberly has over 20 years’ experience in the TMT industry, working with organisations in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe to define and manage complex business transformations and to identify opportunities for simplification and optimisation. She has extensive experience across end-to-end telecommunications, with a focus on customer experience, channel management and marketing, helping organisations meet the constantly evolving expectations of their customers, partners and stakeholders.
Kimberly sits on the Consulting Executive in Australia, with responsibility for leading the clients & industries strategy for the Consulting practice. She is a member of the Deloitte Board and an active champion of gender and LGBT diversity programs.
