Kimberly is a senior partner in Deloitte Digital and is responsible for the Firm’s Technology, Media & Telco (TMT) industry group in Australia. Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in the TMT industry working organisations in the U.S., Asia Pacific and Europe to define and manage complex business transformations and to identify opportunities for simplification and optimization. She has extensive experience across end to end telco with focus on customer experience, channel management and marketing, recently leveraging digital sales, marketing and service solutions to help organisations meet the constantly evolving expectations of their customers, partners and stakeholders.
Before joining Deloitte, Kimberly was the Management Consultant leader for Accenture in their Asia Pacific TMT Client Service Group and also led their Australian Customer and CRM practice. Kimberly is an active champion of gender and LGBT diversity programs.
