Nick is a business operations transformation programme leader, specialising in Target Operating Model development, efficient growth models, and transformative cost reduction. Nick’s focus is on transforming large scale operational workforces, primarily in telecommunications, construction and maintenance industries. He is a sought after change strategist driving operational improvement.
Prior to relocating to Australia in 2014, Nick advised on the operational implications of the Telecommunications law and regulatory framework in Myanmar, and worked closely with a leading Telco executive team on the setup and launch of their operations in the country.
Beyond his work in Southeast Asia, Nick has worked with a range of CXO level executives across the UK telecommunications industry to support their efficiency programmes and transform their organisations. Nick’s varied background in technology integration, customer service, IT production support, and end to end value stream optimisation have laid foundations for understanding and translating change imperatives from the shop floor to board level.
Nick is certified in the industry standard process framework: eTOM (through the Tele Management Forum), is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has completed his MBA with AGSM.
