I have almost 20 years of strong technology consulting experience in diverse industries across Australia and the Asia Pacific. My experiences in IT Strategy; IT M&A; design & implementation of operational and customer engagement solutions give me a solid understanding of what good looks like, and how to achieve it. I love combining great customer & employee experience with the practicalities of cloud-based technology to deliver solutions that have a positive impact on organisations and last beyond the go-live day.
As the Victorian public sector, and Australian Local Government lead in Deloitte’s Salesforce practice, I am passionate about using solutions that focus on the employee & customer experience, while also reducing the cost-to-serve to significantly change the way citizens engage with and think about government. So much so that I have led the design, development and launch of a product that uses leading cloud technology to deliver the efficiencies and improved customer experience of digital to all councils in a speedy and low-cost manner - making digital available to small as well as large councils.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Economics & Information Systems, a Post Graduate degree in Business & Technology and an RMIT certificate in Customer Experience strategy & design. I also hold certification in Prince2, Agile PM and ITIL, and am PMBOK trained.
