Robin is a Partner in the Customer Strategy & Experience Design team at Deloitte Digital, where he specialises in new proposition and venture design, working with clients across industry sectors to deliver new customer and revenue growth.
Robin was previously a Partner and part of the founding team at Market Gravity – a global growth & innovation consultancy that was acquired by Deloitte Digital in 2017. Robin has over 15 years’ experience working with B2C and B2B businesses to develop growth strategies, and design and launch new customer propositions, experiences and ventures. He has worked across Europe and Asia Pacific, with corporate clients in the financial services, insurance, energy and automotive sectors.
Prior to his consulting career, Robin worked in the UK for a leading insurance group for six years, growing new digital and e-commerce ventures in motor insurance and motor services.
