Sonia is a Partner in Deloitte’s Technology Consulting business, leading the ServiceNow practice in Australia. Sonia has been leading ServiceNow teams both in Australia and globally, to drive service business transformation outcomes in the areas of IT service management, governance risk and compliance, operational resilience, hr services, strategic asset and facilities, cloud, customer services and case management, and field services.
