In 2018 it’s behaviour unlimited – because when it comes to the smartphone, too much is still never enough.
With the imminent rollout of 5G and increasing demand for unlimited data, we are starting to see the emergence of new consumer behaviours. This, coupled with the influence of 'digital giants', new technologies (i.e. voice, biometrics), privacy concerns, and the increasing importance of the smartphone in our lives, places us at one of the most exciting times in mobile technology.
