New York, NY, 22 February 2013 — Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) is pleased to announce that Deloitte has been named a global Vanguard Leader, based on capabilities by Kennedy in their Change Management Consulting Market Report.

The report is the first of its kind and covers global market trends and issues and evaluates market players. The evaluation is based primarily on service capabilities breadth and depth, client satisfaction, and market eminence.
