Tax Seminar

On January 15, 2013 Deloitte Azerbaijan conducted a tax seminar devoted to the recent changes to the Tax Code which became effective from 1st January 2013. The seminar was delivered by tax and legal experts of Deloitte Azerbaijan. Nuran Kerimov, Tax and Legal Partner of Deloitte delivered presentation on the latest amendments made to the Tax Code.

Deloitte experts also made presentations on changes made to the Azerbaijani legislation during 2012 such as new Customs Code, Urban Planning and Construction Code.

During the seminar Pasha Life made a presentation on benefits of life insurance and possible tax savings in using this product.

The presentations resulted in great interest from the audience with numerous questions.

The event was attended by more than 100 representatives of the leading foreign and local companies. We received very positive feedback from the participants on the subjects discussed and about the event overall.
