Olga Tabakova

Chair of the Board, Deloitte CIS 

Olga joined Deloitte in 1995, becoming a partner in the Audit department in 2004. She has led the Deloitte CIS Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice since 2007. She specialises in delivering Audit & Assurance, transformation to IFRS/US GAAP, IFRS first time adoption, due diligence, internal controls and IPO-related services.

Olga serves on the Deloitte CIS Board of Directors. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and is a CPA (Oregon, USA). Olga enjoys travel and art and is a keen bonsai gardener.

Mario van Vliet

Non-voting board adviser

Mario is the Global Consulting Chief Operating Officer as of June 1 2019. Previously he was member of the Executive Board of Deloitte Netherlands, COO of Deloitte Netherlands and between 2009 and 2014 Managing Partner of Deloitte Consulting NL. Mario is a member of the board at Deloitte North South Europe, Deloitte CIS/SPV, and Nautilus Indemnity Holding Ltd. Mario has been member of the DTTL Board of Directors and the DTTL Governance Committee. Prior to Deloitte, Mario was employed at a number of leading international companies. He is a board room consultant for leading Dutch and international industry.

Ian Colebourne

Chief Executive Officer, Deloitte CIS

Ian Colebourne is the CEO of Deloitte CIS. Prior to this he led the firm's Financial Advisory practice. Ian started his career in Forensic and has over 25 years of experience participating in and leading investigations, corporate intelligence engagements and fraud risk management assignments. Before taking charge of the Financial Advisory department at Deloitte in 2012, he established the Forensic practice at another Big Four firm and led its Risk Consulting business. Ian is a qualified solicitor. Outside work, Ian enjoys spending time with his four children.

Vladimir Kozyrev

Partner, Audit, CIS

Vladimir has 12 years of auditing experience. He has been involved in numerous audit projects under IFRS, US GAAP, and RAS regulations, serving public companies and the Russian offices of international groups. 

Vladimir is a recognized accounting expert and a member of Deloitte’s cross-border team analyzing IFRS 15 Revenue adoption practices for a mobile operator. He coordinates the implementation of IFRS 16 Leases in Russia and the CIS.

Nuran Kerimov

Managing Partner, Deloitte in Azerbaijan

Nuran joined Deloitte in 2003, establishing the firm’s Tax practice in Azerbaijan. He has significant experience in advising Azerbaijani and international companies, mainly in the FSI and Oil & Gas sectors, on tax and associated issues. 

Nuran is a member of the Deloitte CIS Board of Directors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Voronezh State University and a master of laws degree from the University of Georgia (USA). Nuran is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan. He is married with three children.
