Successful organisations are making radical changes to meet the challenges that are reshaping the workplace, workforce, and work processes. In 2016, the Human Capital Trends survey identified the need for organisations to redesign their teams, leadership, culture and learning and development programmes. Take part in defining the trends in 2017 and provide your insights with regard to strategies for talent, leadership, and human capital management.
We are delighted to invite C-suite business leaders and HR executives around the world to participate in Deloitte Consulting LLP's fifth annual Global Human Capital Trends survey. This survey will help to identify and calibrate the relevance of human capital trends for 2017 onwards.
The Global Human Capital Trends 2017 survey provides a list of potential and emerging trends identified by our Global Human Capital group, and asks you about the importance of each of these trends to your organisation, your readiness to deal with these trends, as well as your capabilities and plans to address top-priority areas. In accordance with our policy, your responses will be kept confidential and will not be directly associated with you or your company in any way.
Please provide your response until 28 October inclusive.
Thank you for your participation and continued support. We plan to release the survey results in early 2017. To show our appreciation, all respondents who complete the survey will receive a copy of the final report and will be invited to an upcoming global webcast, which will focus on the 2017 trends and global survey results.
