Nargiz Ibrahimova works as a Head of Deloitte Academy.She is also in charge for Human Capital Advisory Services at Deloitte Azerbaijan and is Senior Manager of Risk Advisory Services Department. Nargiz has more than 15 years of experience (8 of which as a consultant) in Big 4, retail and credit organizations. Her areas of expertise are company culture transformation, HR strategy and vision, organizational transformation, design and implementation of HR systems, talent and performance management, diversity & inclusion, establishing company academies, employee experience design, employer branding, HR marketing, workforce planning, change management, and corporate social responsibility. Since 2015, Nargiz is delivering HR courses on different topics.
