Sabina Softić
Audit Partner
Extensive public audit and accounting, reporting (IFRS), finance, tax and regulatory compliance experience in diverse industries including insurance, banking, leasing, retail/wholesale distribution, transport, energy and manufacturing industries.
Responsible for the audit services to some of the largest local national and multinational companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and region.
Leading due diligence, independent business review and supporting corporate finance projects. Significant experience in serving clients from German speaking countries (Austria, Germany and Switzerland). Strong qualifications in general management and administration, business planning and implementation, employees’ development / leadership, finance management and cost reductions, internal controls and productivity-efficiency improvement. Excellent communication, advanced lecturing and public speaking skills.

Emir Ibišević
Manager
Emir is manager in the tax and legal practice in Sarajevo. Before he joined Deloitte in March 2014, he had 7 years of tax and legal experience working in PwC.
He is advisor to a broad range of local and international clients on various tax and legal issues. He developed expert knowledge on both direct and indirect taxes, as well as legal topics of interest to corporations operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His field of specialization comprises tax structuring/ planning, corporate taxes, value added tax, excise duties, transfer pricing, due diligences, reviews and tax audits.
Emir is engaged as lecturer on trainings for accountants, auditors and finance staff.
Emir holds Bachelor’s degree in Macro financial Management from Economics Faculty, University of Sarajevo. In addition, he is member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK.
He speaks English fluently and has good knowledge of German.

Haris Jašarević
Senior Consultant at the Tax and Legal Advisory Department
Haris is a Senior Consultant in our Sarajevo Tax and Legal Advisory Department. He started his professional career when he joined Deloitte in April 2010. Over the three years he has been involved in tax, legal and due diligence assignments for many local and international clients. From the point he joined Deloitte he has gained considerable experience as a legal and tax consultant of clients from different industries, which he continuously expands.
