Decisions issued by the Banking Agency of the FBiH

The following decisions issued by the Banking Agency of the FBiH (“Decisions”) were published in the “Official Gazette of FBiH”, number 90/17 on 22 November 2017:

• Decision on the Conditions and Procedure for the Issuance, Refusal of Issuance and Revocation of the Bank's Operating License;

• Decision on the Conditions and Procedure for the Issuance, Refusal of Issuance of Approvals for Selection or Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board and the Management of the Bank and Revocation of Issued Approvals;

• Decision on the Conditions and Procedure for the Issuance, Refusal of Issuance and Revocation of Approvals for Conducting Banking Activities;

• Decision on Assessment of Fulfilment of Conditions for the Members of the Supervisory Board and the Management of the Bank;

• Decision on Bank Supervision and Actions of the Banking Agency of the FBiH;

• Decision on Procedure for Determination of Claims and Distribution of Assets and Liabilities in Liquidation of Banks;

• Decision on Fees that Factoring Companies are Paying to the Banking Agency of FBiH.

The Decisions enter into force on the eight day from their publication in the Official Gazette of FBiH.
