Sead Bahtanović

Sead is the Audit Director in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a certified accountant and authorized auditor with over 25 years of professional experience in audit. He incorporated the private auditing company Recon d.o.o. Sarajevo in 1998. He closely cooperated with Deloitte & Touche (today Deloitte), and built an impressive client list. In 2001, Deloitte & Touche and Recon d.o.o. merged.
Sead has an extensive experience in managing audits and audit performance quality control in accordance with international and local standards, financial due diligence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, auditing large companies, auditing projects financed by governments, auditing financial projects financed by international financial institutions such as the World Bank and EBRD, and financial institutions, telecommunication companies, quality control of engagements for improvement of IT and accounting systems, personnel education, and finding solutions for various issues related to accounting and finance.
