Our DIVE participants across the Caribbean and Bermuda region share their experiences and perspectives about the program.

This year’s program had 32 participants from across the Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda region who were chosen to work on 5 unique projects developed by Deloitte CBC Leadership. Participants had the opportunity to get one on one time with their coaches who guided them over the course of 5 weeks on overcoming real world challenges to complete their projects. What was the highlight of the program?

Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The coach and sponsor, Alison and David were amazing and their positive, constructive feedback of our team’s work made it very easy to modify and get the project up to standard in such a short space of time.

What challenges did you face in the program?

I actually never realized that the team spanned 3 time zones, with myself & Bahamas being in the middle; I guess that speaks to how well collaborating together virtually actually works! My teammates were very enthusiastic and allowed for a very synergistic approach to the assignment. I was very lucky to be able to work with them!
