Nurul Haque has over 30 years experience in finance, audit & accounting, corporate tax, project management, HR management and administration, and business advisory services. He also has vast experience in tax planning & compliance, efficient structuring of cross-border transactions, acquisitions, due diligence, and foreign investment advisory. He has advised and developed tax efficient structures for inbound and outbound investments for international clients.

Nurul is a post-graduate in Accounting from the University of Dhaka, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, and also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Personnel Management, Bangladesh.
