Gender equality: A time for change
Influencing the workplace of the future

A 2016 WEF report stated, “Gender equality has stalled and at the current rate of progress parity is 170 years away.” A year later another WEF study found that gender disparities had actually widened in the last 12 months. This session will move beyond the obstacles and focus on what leaders can do to advance gender equality in the workplace – now.
