The Hackazon Zone
Hackazon is an online learning platform for performing hands-on exercises related to various cyber security topics. The platform contains over 125 challenges in various categories such as web security, forensics and crypto. Trainees work in in a “capture the flag” (ctf) style gaming platform with real, interactive systems to attack. The Hackazon platform keeps track of trainees’ individual progress and can also be used in team events. The challenges are well aligned with the EDC elearning and classroom training offerings and allow trainees to practice what they have learned.
How does it work?
Trainees access their personal environment via the online Hackazon platform, available 24x7. They have access to a number of modules and challenges and can work on these challenges from any place in the world – you just need a PC/laptop, and your favorite tools.
What content is available?
The Hackazon platform contains a set modules focusing on various cyber security topics, with each module containing around 5 challenges for participants to work on. An overview of the modules available is listed below. You can customize your own curriculum, based on needs of your organization and employees. The challenges vary in size and complexity, and there are challenges for beginners, intermediates and experts.
